Legal Framework

Transitieprofs collects data about your visit to our website—including your IP address, the source of your visit, and the sections of our website you visited along with the duration of your visit—in accordance with Article 8(f) of the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act (WBP) and Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Responsibilities of Transition Professionals

Transitieprofs undertakes to ensure that the personal data processed by Transitieprofs as a result of visits to our website, as well as the subsequent processing and enrichment of such data, is handled with due care, and to implement and maintain appropriate organizational and technical security measures to prevent access by unauthorized employees or third parties, data corruption, or accidental destruction.

Transitieprofs will also remove personal data that is not necessary for the legitimate interest from its data processing activities.
