Legal Framework
The collection of data about your visit to our website, where the IP-address, the origin of your visit and the visited parts of our website with visiting time are registered, is done by TransitieProfs on the basis of Art 8 sub f of the Personal Data Protection Act (WBP) and article 6 sub 1 sub f of the General Regulation on Data Protection (AVG). The concerning articles of law deal with the justified interest of a person responsible for the data processing under which also the collection of personal data for marketing purposes can be placed.
In case you fill in a contact form for downloading white papers and similar documents or for indicating interest to be called back by one of the employees of TransitieProfs, TransitieProfs considers processing of the data entered by you to take place on the basis of article 8 sub a WBP and article 6 sub 1 sub f of the AVG. This article deals with the explicit permission of the person involved. TransitieProfs has also taken security measures to send filled in forms securely (encrypted) via an SSL-certificate.
Purposes of the processing and collection of data
TransitieProfs collects data about your visit to the website for the purpose of an optimal site experience and for marketing purposes. As part of these actions TransitieProfs complements the data collected from you with data that is publicly available from sources such as public DNS services and publicly available social media information.
In subsequent marketing actions your data on the basis of telephone or e-mail contact can be completed with further contact and availability data. The data collected by TransitieProfs are business data of persons who have shown interest in TransitieProfs by among other things visiting the website.

The visitor statistics for marketing purposes are processed through the online application 'Online Succes'. Online Success is a SaaS application that can be considered a processor within the framework of the WBP and the AVG. Furthermore, we make use of HubSpot.
The data collected by TransitieProfs about your visit to the website will not be given or sold to third parties, except in those cases where TransitieProfs is obliged to do so on the basis of the law or regulations.
Your rights
In accordance with the law you have the right to inspect the personal data collected by TransitieProfs about you, or to request the supplementation, improvement, removal or destruction of these data. A request for examination, supplementation, correction, removal or destruction will be answered by TransitieProfs within a reasonable term, but at the latest within 4 weeks. A request for inspection, supplementation, correction, removal or destruction of your personal data can be submitted to the Data Protection Officer of TransitieProfs.

Obligations TransitionProfs
TransitieProfs commits itself to carefully handle the personal data processed by TransitieProfs as a result of the visits to our website and the further processing and enrichment thereof, and to implement and maintain appropriate organizational and technical security measures to prevent access by unauthorized employees or third parties, corruption of data or unintentional destruction.
TransitieProfs will also remove personal data that are not necessary for the legitimate interest from the data processing.
