ITSM360 Brings in Experienced Investors and Seeks New Partners

Kongens Lyngby, April 3, 2026 — ITSM Company, the developer of the ESM/ITSM platform ITSM360, has secured investment from two experienced private investors. With their support, ITSM Company plans to expand its European partner network and open a new office in Germany.

ITSM360 runs entirely natively on Microsoft 365, thereby addressing a growing market demand: organizations are increasingly moving their service processes to the Microsoft environment where employees work every day. For Microsoft partners, this presents an opportunity to add service management to their portfolio.

ESM is transitioning to the Microsoft environment

More and more organizations want to base their service processes on a single shared data environment, so that AI and automation can be applied more broadly. When service data remains within the Microsoft environment, technologies such as Copilot, Power Automate, and Power BI can be more easily deployed for automation, insights, and employee support. Organizations can also leverage Microsoft’s existing security and governance capabilities.

Experienced investors boost growth at ITSM Company

ITSM Company’s growth is supported by two experienced private investors: Joop van Voorthuijsen and Johanan Bos. Van Voorthuijsen is a co-founder of QBS Group (now Companial), which he grew as CEO into an organization with more than 250 employees and over 1,000 partners in 25 countries. As CCO and co-founder of QBS Group, Bos was jointly responsible for that growth and has also been involved in the founding of various IT and telecom companies.
