Microsoft integration and automation will change ITSM landscape
Press release - Houten, 23 September 2021 - Transitieprofs brings service management tooling ITSM360 - built on Microsoft 365 - from Denmark to the Benelux. With this, the IT direction consultant from Houten meets the demand for better integration and automation of service processes. Transitieprofs believes the current systems are too complex and offer too little integration and automation possibilities and is therefore fully committed to ITSM360.
Fully based on Microsoft 365
According to Statista.com, in the Netherlands alone there are over 74,000 organisations working with Microsoft 365 and in the Benelux there are over 120,000 companies. For Transitieprofs it is therefore a logical step that ITSM tooling will be delivered integrally from the Microsoft environment. Not only does this offer easier integration with the Microsoft ecosystem, but it also provides extensive automation possibilities through Power Automate. In addition, it offers enormous security advantages to arrange IT services from the own Microsoft tenant.
More than IT services
The Microsoft-based ITSM can be widely embedded in organisations and not just for IT. For example, the system is already widely used internationally to provide and automate HR and facilities services: from booking a desk during Covid-19 to reserving a meeting room, including catering and online Teams facilities. The system is of course used for IT Service Management, where the user can initiate requests and incidents from within Microsoft Teams.
Also for Managed Service Providers
The Microsoft-based ITSM360 is multi-tenant, so also suitable for companies with multiple subsidiaries and for Managed Service Providers. These companies can serve multiple clients and branches from a central environment.
"We work with a complete range of ITSM capabilities, so the customer is not faced with separate modules and complicated pricing. The first customers that we have recorded have an ROI of less than a year compared with their existing ITSM tooling," says Dennis Daalhuizen, owner of Transitieprofs.
Proof of Concept
As of today, companies in and around the Netherlands can sign up for a Proof of Concept that will allow them to experience the benefits of IT Service Management tooling from their own Microsoft tenant. There is one licence form that contains all facets of IT Service Management.
Transitieprofs is located in Houten and guides organizations for twenty years in the formulation of a business-oriented ICT strategy and the realization of the full control over digital innovation.
